World Gin Day is a global celebration of all things Gin!
Pubs, Bars and Restaurants have gotten more and more creative with Gin in recent years, thanks to its amazing versatility. To celebrate the occasion, we have been Sipping on our Grapefruit and Rosemary G&T.
To make your own all you need is:
50ml Gin (we used HMS Maryrose Gin)
100ml Tonic (we used Fevertree Mediterranean)
25ml of Pink Grapefruit Juice (plus 1 Slice of Grapefruit cut across the equator and then quartered for garnish)
1 sprig of Rosemary (remove all the leaves but leave 2-3 inches of the top for a garnish)
Method: Fill a Stemmed Gin glass with plenty of ice and combine the Gin, Tonic, Rosemary Leaves and Grapefruit Juice then stir well.
finally garnish the drink with your Grapefruit slices and Rosemary sprig.
