Situated in the Hampshire village of Nursling, The Four Horseshoes Pub and Restaurant is attached to an old working Forge, so character and charm make it the perfect destination for a memorable brunch, lunch, or dinner – or a drink with friends!

From the moment we stepped in to The Four Horseshoes, to the moment we left, the staff were attentive, polite, friendly and extremely professional. We had a chicken pie and the lamb which were both cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were perfect; not too large but a full meal that did not leave us wanting. Flavour and presentation were amazing. Everything tasted and looked fresh. The Chef here is a true expert. A great find which I have no hesitation in recommending.

The Four Horseshoes Bar & Restaurant has an impressive menu which spans brunch, lunch, dinner and we also cater for parties.

 

Our chefs are all about classic and inspired seasonal cooking, amazing steaks, fish and the all traditional Sunday Roasts. Now with our new BBQ Grill open for that Al Fresco meal we cover everything.

 

At the Four Horseshoes you will enjoy fresh locally produced top class cooking, and gorgeous surroundings. Below are a selection of our menus.

At The Four Horseshoes we guarantee that you will never go thirsty, as we have endeavoured to cover all bases with our extensive drinks lists.

 

Out for a walk and want to pop in for a refreshing drink, then we have you covered. Want a nice ‘robust’ Malbec or a ‘silky smooth’ Montepulciano with one of our famous steaks, we have that too. We have a fantastic selection of whites to go with your fish and chips, go on, it’s the weekend!

 

Or you fancy a snug evening in with a couple of pints of the best local ale or cold lager, we have a wide range available. A G&T or a decadent cocktail in the sunshine, including a range of mocktails, yes, we can do that too.

The Four Horseshoes is a Hampshire Restaurant and pub like the Chilworth Arms. We are situated near the Chilworth Arms in Southampton. If you like the Chilworth Arms then please pay a visit to The Four Horseshoes as it is well worth the drive through Chilworth and Southampton to Nursling. Unlike The Chilworth Arms we have won the Tripadvisor Traveller award 2021.
